From the previous thread:

traditional1: there may be problems with the Legality of the process, but we will see.

Castigar: Why do you say that? From everything I’ve heard it was strictly within the rules. Do you have some other intel?

ErnBatavia: The Judge" was explaining it an hour or so ago; by the letter of the rules, the Assembly members didn't quite get the 24 hours advance notification of the upcoming vote.

traditional1: The Wisconsin Constitution COULD be ruled to trump the Senate and Legislature Rules.....that's the key. The "Open Meetings" interpretation is what will determine whether sufficient proper notice was given.

Oconto County Circuit Court Judge Jay N. Conley ruled Wednesday that Holperin appears to be violating a rule that requires senators to attend sessions. But he wrote that it is the Senate — not the courts — that enforce those rules. “The Senate must enforce Senate rules, if it chooses to do so. It can, also, ignore its own rules, if it chooses to do so,” Conley wrote.
Hopefully, the above-referenced ruling applies here also.

I came in late. Has Walker signed it already, or is it on its way to him?

The part that always cracks me up with that picture is seeing Steny Hoyer looking like he’s carrying someone’s purse.

Get the rioting out of the way so the State can get back to normal.

Sadly, that's probably not going to happen. When the dems are in the minority the shenanigans always increase. We can expect numerous frivolous lawsuits, and a never-ending barrage of left-leaning diatribes from the legislators and the media.

To that I say, bring it on!!

This will be a continual reminder to the true middle class mainstream Wisconsin voter just how far out of the norm the dems are. The more trips to the state by Michael Moore, Jesse Jackson, and their ilk will only serve to drive the point home. Maggot infested teens with no where else to go, ruining the capital, also paint a picture that will stay with the voters.

Now, on to Indiana, Ohio, Idaho, New Jersey, et al!!

You know I’ve seen that picture many time and am always drawn to Nancy’s face with her stuck up nose and have never noticed Hoyer and Lewis holding hands.

Therein (the first paragraph) may lie the issue (Open Sessions) and infufficient notice. You can be sure it will continue to be Appealed by the Unions (via the Owned-Democrat Party) until a Liberal Judge rules in their favor.

THAT is my concern.

I refer to this concept as "collective bargaining privileges."

It is most certainly not a constitutional right.

It is not a "right" under the concept of natural law.

Ever heard of "free association"? Collective bargaining IS an unalienable right for parties to enter contracts as groups, just as when anyone enters a contract with a corporation, the stockholders are appointing an agent in their collective interest.

However, to exclude any other individual who is not a member of the collective from acting as a sole party marketing his or her services in competition with that collective is an abridgment of their freedoms. Hence "right to work" laws should be unnecessary as anything else is an abridgment of unalienable rights to pursue happiness. Hence, it is state-enforced MONOPOLY collective bargaining and coerced union membership that is the real problem, for which the solution is to amend the National Labor Relations Act of 1933, ending the exemption unions enjoy from antitrust laws.

Do not be concerned. In the unlikely event that a Judge rules against the GOP and rescinds the vote, the GOP will simply vote again. They have the numbers. Now or later, it's a done deal.

Thanks, I was hoping that someone would post it. That email really needs to go viral, and expose the union thugs for what they are.

"They have the numbers. Now or later, it's a done deal."

They may have the numbers now, but after the DNC and the Unions get their Recall Petitions signed by all the homeless in Milwaukee, they may have a tough time getting past Voter Fraud to be re-elected.

The stall tactics will be used to prevent a vote from here until then.

Time to disband same day registration and require a voter id. They have the numbers.

Hell, they could even go with the purple thumb.

"Hell, they could even go with the purple thumb.

The Union thugs are thinking more in terms of the "Purple Eye"....

However, it will take a while for this to sink in, and generally, I believe the bulk of the People will see the Union and Democrat thug tactics of this Session as indicative of the fight at hand.
