Exactly! The Unions tactic is to bully and intimidate. If the police respond, the violence will be the fault of the evil Governor Walker. Walker will not take the bait, just like he played the FleeBagger 14 by releasing the emails, he will play the protestors by not overreacting and giving them a photo op.

They were chanting/singing directly to the police: "Whose side are you on?! Whose side are you on?!" Wow...
