I think that “look” is intentional.
They want to appear as threatening as they can to intimidate.
Plus I imagine some are mentally unstable.
They have the same mentally ill demeanor and facial features
I’ve seen in the DC moonbat marches that we’ve witnessed over the years. GOE 1, 2 3 to name a few.
