Fox is very poor in covering live news. CNN is much better as long as you don’t listen to what it is lying about but for having cameras on scene it is much better.

I never go to Fox for news until I have gotten the story on Free Republic.

Only an amateur outfit would ignore this story easily the most significant one of the day/week/month/year. Who knows what you are babbling about.

FR is THE PLACE for news.

Very often, I find myself yelling "This is old news!!!" at O'Reilly and Hannity when they finally cover something.

“Fox is very poor in covering live news.”

Gee, I think (except for Shep Smith) they have very good journalists. Quite often, whenever a really major news story is going on, their shows will all be live, continuous coverage (even the pundits). I believe most, if not all, their actual news shows are done live, anyway. A lot of people forget that BOR, Hannity and Beck (who does his live) are NOT news shows. Technically, even Greta’s is considered commentary (although her background is in journalism).

Fox/Ailes have had a real knack for attracting some very talented, respected folks. Brit Hume, Bernie Goldberg (both long-time, award-winning, prior news anchors), John Stossel, Lou Dobbs, Don Imus, Steve Forbes, Greta VanSustern and a ton of others.
