Exactly. I suspect that he was born in Hawaii; it’s what else his BC says that he doesn’t want to be known. Could be several things, but the most likely is that he was adopted by Lolo Sotero, his BC was changed to reflect that, and....he isn’t who he says he is.
“born in Hawaii” is a clintonism here. Here the problem is the definition of “born in”. If you are a resident of Hawaii, but born somewhere else, one can make a silly semantic argument that so long as Hawaii recognizes you as of “Hawaiian birth” you are somehow born “in” Hawaii. Cute, real cute.
Releasing it might change the argument more in the direction of in what fashion did Barry S0etor0 become an American again. It may not be so much what it says but what doors it opens.
