Let me try to make sense of this. One thing I heard is that the WI constitution has a very narrow definition of what "affects spending." Maybe the vote to pass the bill was legit. I suppose this plays out in court now, along with the "open meeting" issue.
It's been over two hours on MSNBC and that has not come up. Schultz has the 10 flee-baggers on right now 10:10 pm EST and they haven't suggested it yet. They are claiming the law demands they had more notice before a vote, but since they were in hiding, that's a loser moral argument.
