The feeling is mutual. The difference is that I can get along just fine without them but the need my tax dollars to stay afloat financially. Sucks to be them.
If the shoe was on the other foot, and NPR was a big supporter of the Republican agenda, they would be moving to defund it as well.
Which is exactly why government should not be in the business of financing ANY kind of media.
