Welcome to Project Appleseed and the premiere off-site event of the 2011 National TEA Party Convention! This is your opportunity to get a taste of what Appleseed is about and to have some fun learning a little bit about two things that aren't taught in school anymore, rifle marksmanship and the story of the first day of the American Revolutionary War.
You will be transported via private coach to Rangemaster, Memphis' finest indoor shooting range, where you will have an opportunity to see how your current marksmanship skills measure up to those of this country's founders. Then, you will get some quick points of instruction and have a chance to see that what we teach really works. Guiding you will be some of the finest volunteer rifle marksmanship instructors and Revolutionary War historians in the country. You'll also hear about the stories of the colonists who laid it all on the line for liberty on the first day of the Revolutionary War. For them, “Give me liberty, or give me death,” was not just a passage in a history book. Most importantly, you will have a great time!
What do you need to bring? Nothing. Just show up at the Appleseed exhibit at the convention center when it's time to leave and we'll handle the rest. Never shot before? No problem. Appleseed has some of the finest instructors and safety is paramount. Come and join us and bring back a 'redcoat' souvenir that'll surely make you the envy of many! The cost is $20 per person and that is just to pay for expenses. We're all volunteers, and like you, we're just regular Americans. We are limited to 20 slots each day so don't delay and sign up now at EventBrite. You MUST be a convention ticket holder to attend. Come and be a part of history!

Wish I was able to go — looks to be a great time! I’m still tied up in April.
August 12-14 the RedState Convention will be held in Charleston, SC, hosted by Erick Erickson and Gov. Nikki Haley. I’ll be THERE for SURE! :-)

A way for anybody and everybody to make a splash here is to get a video camera, make an hour long movie, then burn it to DVD, to hand out at the event. Blank DVD’s are only about 25 cents each in some places.
You can do mash-ups of anything and everything, videos of heroes and Democrat villains, Tea Party rallies, exposes of bad government, lots of stuff about guns and ammo, do-it-yourself videos, 2012 election previews, patriotic tributes to the troops, information found on the Internet, you name it.
Any extras you can hand out at Tea Party rallies.
Easy, inexpensive, and you get it out to people who are interested in it.
