There is definitely hope if the records are released.

They are bound and determined to kill him.
Must be a religious thing.

The real problem is that health care providers in the U.S. need Baby Josephs medical records - but the Canadian authorities are refusing to release them, Fr. Pavone said. This is all about control for the Canadian healthcare bureaucracy. Why else would they be trying to the parents' wishes when the parents and their supports have made arrangements for the care of this child that will not cost the Canadian government anything?

If he grows up and becomes a tax payer, he should apply for an exemption from contributing to the health care system.

My God, refusing to release the medical records? Can the parents not even request them and forward them? Unbelievable.

The real problem is that health care providers in the U.S. need Baby Josephs medical records - but the Canadian authorities are refusing to release them, Fr. Pavone said. I suspect that there is something in the records which would show incompetence in the Canadian medical establishment, and that's why they are fighting this.

What are they hiding? This is pure evil.
Justice Radys decision was based on doctors testimony that he is in a permanent vegetative state with no brain stem reflex
From the video, the baby is showing purposeful movements. I'm curious as to what type of "doctor" made this diagnosis. Will show the video to my Wife tonight (adult neurologist). There is absolutely no moral reason not to release this Baby to a US hospital.

Priests for Life has a jet ready to take Baby Joseph and his family to any hospital that has the facilities necessary to do the tracheotomy and a neo-natal ICU (and Priests for Life has money pledged to pay for his care), the only thing they need is for the Canadian hospital to release the medical records.

Get a hacker to get the baby’s records out of their computer system while getting that baby and his family out of Canada by whatever means necessary.
This is crap.

This is a little baby who has every right to live if he can. He has two parents who love him very much. Canada must release his records so that he may be given a chance.

“Must be a religious thing.”
It is. They worship the system. The system must be preserved at all costs. It is the source of all good.
Every time I read a story on health in a Canadian or UK online news source, the main point is always how it affects the system. The focus is never on the patients; they are just a cost to the system.
This thinking has already affected US health care since government is now so involved in it. Look at any story about health, and you will find comments from people complaining that someone else’s illness costs too much. Health care is no longer about sick people and doctors; it’s about costs and blaming sick people for their illnesses.

The unfortunate reality is that, barring a miracle, Baby Joseph will almost certainly die within six months or so. His parents know this (they went through the same tragedy with his sister), they just want him to be able to die at home.

Recently one of my relatives died suddenly in another state, and I went to rescue the very elderly cat, who has two chronic diseases, taking the cat to my home two states away. The veterinarian’s office refused to release the cat’s records on the grounds that I had no medical power of attorney, which would have been impossible to get since the cat’s owner was dead.
The cat had been without its daily medications for over a week by this time, but the veterinarian wouldn’t even tell me how to administer the medications I found in the house when I rescued the animal, even though I had the cat owner’s death certificate and proof of our blood relationship. I had to have a friend of mine who works at a competing vet’s office in that town to strong-arm the other vet, to whom my relative had been paying big bucks for two decades, to get the records and the instructions.
This is how drunk with power all hospitals have become as a result of the destructive influence of lawsuits, even veterinary clinics.

I know that and he should be able to die in the arms of his parents not ruthlessly murdered.
