In other words, you are on the Atkins or a modified Atkins diet.
Yeah....kinda....but, I don’t eat much fruit (sugars). And, I shouldn’t be eating as much dairy as I have been. Lots of eggs. And raw nuts. And, organic meat....as long as we can afford it..it IS different.
