I think what MS is aiming for is a phone that is your computer. when you want to use a desktop computer there will be a docking station that your phone plugs into and an auxillary mainboard and hardware will sync up with your phone to boost it’s capabilities. I don’t really see that happening with a linux based operating system on your phone, and a windows based operating system on everything else. But I could be wrong.

Your somewhat correct. But still, the idea is already evolving quickly with the release of the Motorola Atrix “LapDock”.
