From what I know, the parents can ask for the medical file... They can, and they have.
We have recently discovered that Canadian law requires the hospital to release these records to Baby Joseph's parents upon request. And to date, they have refused. ~ Fr. Frank Pavone.
Do you think he's lying? I know he's not.
