The selling of our strategic oil reserves really, really makes me mad. The reasoning this time, the same as the last time, is flawed, and both done by DEMOCRATIC presidents. It is NOT to give relief due to their crappy policies, but in case we are ever truly desperate, and need it for military use as far as I’m concerned. I hate these people.

This too is treason. Taping the reserves which are meant for a military crisis with all the unrest present now is just plain cutting our own throats. Drill Here And NOW. Save the reserves for what they are truly for and which is most likely coming our way. World War...

The US strategic oil reserves is wisely used by the US government as a way to make a little money. Buy oil when its cheap, and sell oil when it’s expensive. The thing is, I think it’s a little early to start selling. I’d wait 3-5 months to sell.
btw, merely issuing statements about buying or selling of the strategic reserves has an effect on oil prices. Don’t rule out a bluff.
