Yes; this is their response/attacke MO but then, 'why nont'? Works all too often. Anyone hear Sen. Durbin doing same during interview with Chris Wallace earlier today> Refused to answer questions - as he clearly had other 'talking points' he was determined to share. And he did, of course.
