Good for her, good for her. I guess that Obama was doing this. The idea is set up the governmental structure for Obama care so that even if it were repealed, it would be hard to get rid of the bureaucratic structure. This is exactly what Pelosi intended.
Yep; any time a bureaucracy is created, it sticks like crazy glue - until the original reason for it to have been established in the first place fades into a forgotten memory. - Remember the DEPT.
