Homos are endowed by their creator with the same rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Nothing in the Declaration or Constitution about only those attempting Godliness enjoying America. I want as little connection as possible between the Koran, the Torah, the Gitas, and the law. Thou shall not kill, thou shall not steal, no more. No federal Christmas holiday, no El Al Iftar feast/fasts in the White House, and no religious restrictions on state-approved cohabitation, divorce, and marriage, thank you very much.
