(CNN) -- A sailor is accusing the Navy of baselessly trying to discharge him for "unprofessional conduct" in an effort to get around the recent "don't ask, don't tell" repeal, after being found asleep in the same bed with another male sailor.

No offense taken, at all, just thought you’d like to know there really was a 69th!
My dad has pictures of himself in Europe with them, posed next to signs, tanks, etc. So many of my relatives fought in that war...one uncle was a bombardier in a B-17, another uncle was in the 3rd Army with Patton, my mom was a Rosie the Riveter for Lockheed in Long Beach, I still have Lockheed’s “yearbook” from those days, with all the women riveters.
Thank God for all those wonderful people who buckled down and did what was necessary.

They probably worked at getting caught - they’re looking to go to court to ‘test’ the rules.
Amen to that!
Mega LOLs!
Aaaaaannnnd so it begins.
As if having at least two Officially Sanctioned Victim Groups (females and blacks) wasn’t enough, we really needed to add sodomites to the list?
This is just the beginning. Henceforth, instead of “it’s ‘cause I’m black, isn’t it” or “SEXUAL-HARASSMENT!!” being screamed in response to every disciplinary action, we’ll now have to hear “We’re here - we’re queer - get used to it!”
Mark my words - by the time this “test-case” is over, the “homophobic” roommate and all involved in the chain-of-command will be censured for “harassing” this fine, upstanding poof.
Welcome to “the new Navy”.
