What do Mitt Romney and Mitch Daniels have in common?
Both are Republican governors who have presidential aspirations, and they are making the rounds on political talk shows to keep a high profile.
Both men also face a common roadblock: Both have to explain how they can oppose ObamaCare while implementing programs in their state that are awfully close to the rules of Obamas programs.

Mitt has to explain what he is going to do to stop Obama’s Romneycare. He’s a slick liar, but not that good.
The only difference is one is a runt and the other is a nut.
“What do Mitt Romney and Mitch Daniels have in common?”
They are both Natural Born Citizens and qualified to be president.
LOL! Excellent.
Excellent Romney Cartoon bump
Yeah...if only Mitt hadn’t screwed the people of Massachusetts...he could’a run for president. Oh well...too bad. Bye Mitt.
There was a time during the Obamacare debate where Mitt could have fallen on his sword and done a “mea culpa” and come out the hero.
“I tried this. It failed. I would not do it again if given the opportunity, and Obamacare makes all the same mistakes...” yadda yadda.
But he got stubborn, and the opportunity is now gone.
I must have missed that. We have nothing here like Romneycare at all.
Romney would have more credibility than anyone on this issue by saying - I tried it and now I know where I went wrong. The cost is unsustainable, it works in theory but not in practice. He could let everyone know that Obamacare is even worse! That would have been brilliant. However, people with big egos have a problem admitting they were wrong. Better we know now..
You need to check your facts.
Bingo - you nailed it!
Daniels did the exact opposite of Obamacare. He focused on HSAs and getting the health care customer closer to making decisions about his or her own decisions. It has been awhile since I read the details of the Indiana plan, but is no relation to Obamacare or the Massachusetts calamity at all.
I was thinking the same thing. We Hoosiers don’t have a plan anywhere near Obamacare or Romneycare.
Read the article and it explains in details how wimpy Daniels has been on Gov healthcare.
The state joined the big lawsuit. We also do not have Romneycare or any version of it here.
I am not a big Daniels fan, but to compare him with Romney is not particularly fair when it comes to healthcare.
I will vote for NEITHER of these guys.
What do Mitt Romney and Mitch Daniels have in common?
Answer: I won’t vote for either one if they are the Republican presidential nominee.
