Michele Bachmann Exposes Legislative Fraud in Obamacare

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (MN-06) brings light to the $105 billion in government spending that was buried in the ObamaCare legislation which became law last March. Bachmann released the following statement:

“This is a case of legislative fraud of the highest order. We now know that the ObamaCare bill contained advanced appropriations for use in implementing this massive government takeover of health care. This year alone, the provisions are already in place to spend $5 billion on ObamaCare, and another $100 billion will be spent over the next eight years, even without any appropriating actions by Congress.

“More and more we are seeing what Nancy Pelosi meant when she said the bill would have to be passed in order for the American people to find out what was in it. The Obama Administration has already added about 6,000 pages of regulations to ObamaCare, and this funding shows a clear intent to circumvent the appropriations process and make it much more difficult for future Congresses to repeal ObamaCare. When it was passed, Democrats knew they would lose the gavel. But this funding ensures they will not lose their prized government takeover of health care because it’s already well-funded.

Since the law is unconstitutional isn't it also a crime to spend money of any type on implementing it?

This is what Steve King tried to get stopped with his bill, which the Rules committee chaired by Reps failed to support. King wanted to kill all $105 billion in spending on Obamacare, which will go ahead without further Congressional action. It is a clear usurptation of Congress’ authority.

VIDEO on Obamacare - Maggie Mahar (and other lefties who were involved) -

Paraphrasing....Congress has handed over a huge amount of control to HHS and Medicare. This is very Radical and Powerful. Very Radical. HHS - Medicare can roll out their plans without asking permission from congress. Congress CANNOT block those recommendations. Congress has tied their own hands. It’s buried inside the legislation - no one has noticed itand it hasn’t been talked about. HHS has the power to cut fees and raise fees without needing permission from anyone. This is radical. This is powerful....

These Czars in the HHS have the authority and now the money. The country is their oyster.

She was on Fox other night explaining this. . .made mention of this in another post as I thought it unfortunate that she followed Boehner in interview - since she offered as well, while she had discussed/informed some other Repubs; she had not yet spoken to Boehner. . .who must know this; or at the least, by now.

A pretty outrageous maneuver and not much different than a 'financial heist' sponsored and carried out by the nasty-to-the-core, Democrats.

(This otherwise would have been a great topic question for Boehner; had this come up before 'last minute' with Bachman.)

The mere fact that the democrats can “hide” $105 BILLION in spending in a bill is all you need to know about how the federal government has become dangerously large, ravenous and uncontrollable.

“With this information, I am vowing to vote ‘no’ on future Continuing Resolutions to fund the government ... “

Since the Rats elected the 1st non-white President, how’s about we go them one better and replace him with the first non-male President?

By God! I Like the cut of this woman’s jib.
