In regard to the NBC Resolution:

Silence is deemed consent. When McCain refused to make an issue of Obama's provenance, he tacitly agreed that Soetoro/Obama was constitutionally eligible, and has indeed on several occasions said so.

Since the Resolution was passed, every official that has affirmed Soetoro/Obama in office, has by extension, affirmed that he too is constitutionally eligible. Now, if 1 (one) brave US Senator were to stand up on the floor and plainly point out that by the terms of the Resolution he himself signed,Soetoro/Obama was himself ineligible, we might have something. Until that happens, the Resolution remains completely irrelevant. Of course, any Presidential candidate also remains free to bring it up to try and give it the moral force we agree it deserves.

Unless our POV is acknowledged and fairly considered by either the legislative or judicial branch of government, we are approaching the point at which those who do do not believe Soetoro/Obama is constitutionally eligible are to become rebels. That of course, is unthinkable ... at the moment.

I think there are 11 states now making rules and laws for presidential eligibility .. to be on a ballot.

One or two of them have to get it right. Then Obama wont be able to run on those state tickets. How is that going to look for him? Any presidential hopeful who REALLY wants the job can make full use of that issue and destroy him.
I hope one does. But I am not holding my breath
