I live in the area, and this is NOT close to JerryWorld, but rather several miles to the north in a rather affluent area surrounded by upper-class homes. It is nothing like the area around the sports stadiums.
The entertainment district (Rangers, Cowboys, Six Flags, etc.) is 3-4 miles south of the church, below I-30.
But there’s no place safe any more.
It’s relative I guess, I live in So. Arlington/edge of Mansfield so for me “it’s close to Jerry World”, but yeah not really the neighborhood. My understanding is that on one side of the street is upper-class and the other side is Section 8.
I made a wrong turn last night trying to go to the UTA library and ended up around there. Scary.
