Will the Unions pay for their bail money ? or will the state accept that bail money from the Unions ?

No bail needed. The arrest warrants are issued by the legislative body, with the sole function being to produce the person to the state senate. No judge, no jail, just come into the senate. One alternative available to each of those who has fled is to resign. Another is to show up for the scheduled legislative session.
