Two hours and counting.

This is good politically. Letting the idiot public see that the fleebaggers are lawbreakers and the cops are looking for them is a good visual.

Of course, the cops are about two hours away from all being struck blind. They won’t “see” any fleebaggers.

Oh please. Republicans NEVER show the guts necessary to back up their words. Already today, Judge Vinson REFUSED to issue an injunction demanding the Obama administration cease work on HusseinCare...a law the judge found UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!! In other words, this typically spineless “conservative” judge didn’t have the guts to demand that HIS OWN RULING be followed!!! And we wonder why the nation is in trouble. Leftist judges ignore the law and the constitution. So called conservative judges are too cowardly to demand their own rulings be adhered to!!!! So Wisconsin Republican senators are threatening Democrats?? The Dems know it’s all talk.

I’d love to see Dog Chapman show up at their motel just to watch them pee their pants.

That means the Senate sergeant at arms Ted Blazel can "with or without force" and with or without the help of any law enforcement officers in the state to take them into custody and bring them to the state Capitol.

I take that to mean we could hire Dog the Bounty Hunter to fetch one of those bustards.

Good. It’s time to stop messing around with the leftists.

Take ‘em by the ear, take ‘em to the woodshed, and give them an attitude adjustment.

Obviously they weren’t disciplined enough as children or they wouldn’t end up as ‘rats in the first place.

When I give character lessons to my kids, I give them contrasting examples of behavior. The bad example always “grows up to be a democrat”, and my kids are horrified at his fate.

They need to hire NON-UNION enforcement agents, such as the U.S. Marshalls, or a priate contractor, if necessary.

If anyone knows of one of these refugees from the sewer works in Colorado, I’d be happy to fly them back home to do their job.

Exemption from arrest and civil process.

Wonder if they actually have to be in session for that to apply. This resolution was in response to a judge saying it was up to the Senate to enforce its own rules. Whether or not the Repubs can take them into physical custody, once a dem. senator refuses to be taken into custody when confronted, they will likely have violated their oath of office. After that, maybe they can be expelled?
From JSOnline, Senate Republicans threaten missing Democrats with contempt

.............."Republican Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen said he had not advised GOP senators on the resolution. Asked if it was constitutional, Van Hollen said he had not reviewed it."...............

........"The state constitution says lawmakers can be compelled to attend legislative sessions, but does not spell out how that can be done. Questions have been raised about whether senators can be arrested when they haven't committed crimes.".....

"...................Fitzgerald said the contempt resolution was in part a response to a judge's decision Wednesday not to immediately order Sen. Jim Holperin (D-Conover) to attend the Senate.

Oconto County Circuit Court Judge Jay N. Conley ruled Wednesday that Holperin appears to be violating a rule that requires senators to attend sessions. But he wrote that it is the Senate - not the courts - that enforce those rules.

"The Senate must enforce Senate rules, if it chooses to do so. It can, also, ignore its own rules, if it chooses to do so," Conley wrote.

The case was filed Tuesday by Kevin Barthel, a constituent of Holperin's who lives in Lakewood, and is being financed in part by the Wisconsin Club for Growth. R.J. Johnson, who served as a political strategist for Walker's campaign, is a key adviser to the Club for Growth.

Lead counsel for the case is Jim Troupis, who is also advised the Senate on the contempt resolution."............

"946.12(1) (1) Intentionally fails or refuses to perform a known mandatory, nondiscretionary, ministerial duty of the officer’s or employee’s office or employment within the time or in the manner required by law; or"

Isn't it then LEGAL for a Wisconsin Citizen or group of Citizens to file a Legal Complaint based on this Law, and have them arrested and tried for the Felony? Or, do we have to depend on the Unionized Police to make such an Arrest?

“...but citizens can “tattle” on them.”

That's what 911 is for!

Start posting pictures in public places.

Offer a reward for information leading to an arrest. Heck, I'll chip in.

It's our civic duty. Even Janet Incompetano says “See Something? - Say Something!”

There are criminals in our midst. They must be reported to the authorities.
