Consider that this situation happens virtually every day. Probably the only reason that we know about this one is that the CO is a female and she’s not intimidated by the counter-claim of “sexual harrassment.” The Captain is going to get booted, probably. But how many times will a male CO balk at bringing the full weight of his authority down on a fraternization case involving lesbians?
