Convictions overturned and the cases dropped.
But of course, it’s NY and some things never ever change.
Lynn Stewart didn’t even deny she carried terror messages for her imprisoned client and her first sentence was laughable.
Finally one honest judge threw the book at her. Hopefully, the skunk will die in prison.
Because she’s “not guilty”?
The NSA had to withhold evidence because they didn’t want to reveal their sources. Happens a lot with Chinese spies too in the last two decades.
No Search Warrant before apprehension. Same problem we face today between criminal activity and terrorism.
