I've had my S&W 38 snubbie for decades now. Never had a problem with it. Had the hammer de-horned from the gunsmith I bought it from so it doesn't catch on clothing.
And I have no problem putting holes in the black at 25 yards with it.

Same. I have no problem with my old S&W Snubbie.
However, I fired a friend's new taurus snubbie and I was not near as accurate.
