The nitro comes in a paste. You spread a little on a patch and tape it to your leg. It’s supposed to dilate the veins to allow more blood flow to ease the pain of constricted veins and to promote healing. This is an experimental treatment, but it appears to be working. Woo hoo!
I don’t know if you want to post it publicly, but could you freepmail me the details? My neighbor was a Marine helo pilot in Desert Storm and apparently the cloud of what he thought was smoke that he flew through was actually nerve gas, and his neuro-condition has worsened to where he became virtually immobile, and then he started having circ. problems, and now he has unhealed-wound problems. Not that any of the other problems have gone away, they just keep piling up. He’s really a great guy and this sounds like it could help him.
