It sounds to me like the teleprompter said or was supposed to say something like "our sympathies to those lost servicemen" and something or somebody messed up.
Oh yeah that's right, the teleprompter. I forgot Obungler can't string together five or six words to form a sentence without his trusty teleprompter.
