I drive by a couple of huge wind farms in Oklahoma, I’ll typically see around 5% of them unmoving.

That is about correct. On a typical day, maintenance crews are lubing, testing and maintaining the farms. I live in western OK, apparently our farms are better maintained than most. Do people think you just stick these Bohemians up and they run forever?
