... until Holder stepped in and dropped the complaint (and therefore the impending conviction) against the NBP and two of the individuals. Holder isn't reluctant to prosecute the remaining indvidual. He sought and obtained an injuction against him (Shabaz) preventing him from displaying a weapon at any Philadelphia polling place for three years ...
... but those actions are already illegal under the law. So why bother? Holder has not only refused to uphold the law but also dismissed convictions under the law for his people.
Holder isn't a thug by omission; Holder is a thug by commission.

Dear Representative Price:
I have the pleasure of living your district, and I support you and the Tea Party that helped elect you.
The statement by Attorney General Eric Holder statement to the effect of:
When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subjected to that with what happened in Philadelphia, which was inappropriate .. .to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people.
To compare that kind of courage, that kind of action, to say some Black Panther incident is of greater concern to us, historically, I think just flies in the face of history.
Seems to indicate that he is unwilling to enforce laws in the present day because they don’t come up past “historical” standards for offense. Frankly, this is malfeasance. Past offenses have no bearing on current enforcement of the law. If the man will not do his duty he needs to be removed. I am wondering when the impeachment proceedings will begin.
I am looking for to hearing from your office on this matter.
Thank you.
