Maybe so, but it would make a huge difference in the way the story gets reported in the MSM whether its the Justice Department and Attorney General Holder challenging these new laws or the Democrat Party of Georgia challenging them.

Not to those of us who know he’s an usurper. If the Democrats in GA do it, Holder’s behind it and if Holder does it, it’s at Obama’s behest. Whichever way it goes, the MSM will spin it in Obama’s favor and to the detriment of conservatives who want to see the Constitution upheld. After all, that’s racist.
