it’s a Catch 22. Any state where this would pass is a state Obama wouldn’t win anyway. This bill won’t make any difference in the 2012 election.

I disagree. If Obama challenges the law in order to avoid having to submit his birth certificate, it might make a crucial number of people nationwide say "WTF?"

You're right; however, the exercise is NOT to prevent 0b0z0 from winning these red states, rather, he HAS to explain why he doesn't provide his papers or sue these states for their "transgression and racism!"

Many people will realize beyond reasonable doubt that 0h0m0llah is ineligible and the REAL Americans on the Left won't vote for him! Only about the usual suspects, the 25%-30%, will anyway.

Imagine that Georgia passes this law and it withstands court challenges.

Then Obama is registered to be on the ballot of all states except Georgia.

This alone validates the entire birther concept. And Federal courts have ruled that ANY candidate on the ballot has standing to challenge Obama's eligibility PRIOR to the election. His eligibility then goes on trial and the entire world finds out what he has spent so much money on to hide.

This is not a winner for Obama.

No, what it will do is introduce a reasonable doubt to a number of the people who voted for him in 2008. Really, if Obama won’t come up with a $12 copy of his birth certificate in order to be on a given state’s ballot - and if that birth certificate is allegedly supposed to demonstrate something he already asserts - then why not do it?

A lot of Democrats will be stuck wondering what he’s hiding and they can be expected to stay home on election day. Frankly, if it appears he’s African then there’s a kind of American-black bigotry that will come into play as more than a few American blacks have issues with African blacks.

Not true. It accentuates Obama and the Democrats dishonesty and lack of "transparency". It hurts them in all states and sets the Republican candidate up for a 45+ state win.
