The government is lying again...This report was put out by the government...The redundancy, and duplication caused by this bloated government monster is into the trillions.. IMO, this report was given in an effort to make more efficient government by reducing the number of programs. But the problem is number of departments within government. The number of programs are just the logical extension of such departments.
