You’re still NOT going to get the tax paying teacher, firefighter, policeman etc to side with someone that wants to cut their benefits.
Look, we had the only poll that counts, at the ballot box in November. Teachers, firefighters and policemen all knew that the good times were coming to an end. They took the chance when they supported Obamacare and the stimulus bill and they lost. They bet on the wrong horse.
The ONLY real support that Obama had for Obamacare came from the government unions and the politicians they support. As Obama famously said, “Elections have consequences, we won.” Those union people had a good thing going for themselves, but they pushed too far. Obamacare is just the last straw.
You know, it’s very possible that people would not have even noticed the stimulus money if your union members hadn’t pushed the Obamacare on us.
