I agree with that. We are commanded to pray for our leaders. The one thing that gets me past the I can’t do it is, if God asked me to do it, I’ll do it. Doesn’t matter how I feel about it. It might well be because we refuse or drag our feet(raising hand, I’m guilty of that last one) to pray for our leaders, out of that disobedience to His word, we do not receive the blessings God would like to bestow on us. And perhaps a change of heart for our leaders.

Yes, occasionally our worship service includes a prayer for our president. It specifically asks that God "grant us civil servants who are worthy of honor and respect." Or, "Look with favor upon our nation and preserve our cherished liberties. Enable our leaders to govern with wisdom, honesty, courage, and justice."
Imagine if Obama had a Pauline style conversion....
