A simple solution, slow but effective and will require some janitorial cleanup work: LOCK THE DOORS TO THE PUBLIC RESTROOMS.
What about those high pitched, high decibel sound cannons they always brought to the tea parties? Why can’t that disperse this crowd with one of those? Oh, wait...never mind. These are liberals and therefore their speech is protected and nonviolent, and tea partiers are just a bunch of violent, racists. /s
