Not to make excuses for them, but they did look pretty young and I believe it truly is ignorance, it is not uncommon for this ignorance and general lack of respect for veterans. Long before people are this age, they have an inner compass that, when followed, tells what kind of person they are...and THEY are responsible.

These scum could use a good bath, shampoo and clean cloths.

And hopefully, one day they will reap their just rewards - and they won't like it. I hope one day they are going to find themselves in a position when they'd pray for a soldier to come to their rescue - but there's no soldier around. I guarantee you not ONE of those punks could make one week of boot camp.
