It was actually (likely) Barry Soetoro who gave that oath. $h!t don’t stick to this guy. He’s like Teflon. I have not believed a word out of his mouth since the first days I’d heard him speak. I find it appalling that 53% voted for him and 40% reportedly still would.
He botched the first swearing in, did he not, and got a do-over in private. Are we sure we know what he put his hand on the second go round?
