Never tried Menudo, as a hangover remedy or otherwise,
But the Pozole and Tamales my Son-in-law’s Sister makes are to Die for.
I am able to make a reasonable facsimile of the Pozole But I’m too lazy to tackle the process of making Tamales.
The only posole I have ever had was just killer...
The family that made it for me were Texicans.. they pronounced it Pa-soul...
I have heard Pa-soul-lay... I guess it is regional...
anyways the Texican posole was bad ass... made with wild hog meat...I gave them a hog trap... .lol
