“one-person Supreme Court”
You’d think the Supremes are getting tired of Obama admonishing them in the SOTU, encroaching on their turf, and ignoring decisions from federal judges. Striking down Obamacare would send him a good message.
Striking down Obamacare has not, in fact, sent him any kind of message. He’s ignoring it.
SCOTUS is apparently just riding the bench while the waters rise around us. Maybe they will do something to serve the Country unless riding the bench is their job nowadays. Whatever, I’m disappointed about the “checks and balances” I heard about in government classes.
I’ll never forget the way he treated the Supreme Court during one of his State of the Union addresses.
