When they mean “openly gay” do they mean that this person will be performing sex acts with other homosexuals in plain view or the public? Or do they mean the person will act flamboyantly homosexual in a caricature of someone from La Cage Aux Folles? “Openly Gay” means what?

It typically means they won’t shut the hell up about it and put the word ‘gay’ in front of whatever it is that they do for a living, in their spare time, etc.
‘Gay’ always comes first no matter what since it’s all they can think about. Mental illness in all it’s glory.. It’s all about how they misuse their private parts.
