So if offshore drilling makes Alaska the 8th largest oil producer in the world, what would a combination of offshore AND onshore drilling do... make it The Largest?

I honestly don’t know but if drilling permits for the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf coasts were issued and more drilling permitted inland in Alaska and the lower 48 we might approach being the largest world producer.
