Total Electrical Energy consumption only a minor drop, 4%. But electricity generated from coal dropped over 11%. Both numbers are for 2008-2009 change only.

Ok. I just want to say that my assumption (and your chart) are irrelevant anyway because I don’t see CO2 as a pollutant.
