If the threat came in while the passengers destined to be groped were still on their incoming train, then TSA wouldn’t have known to specially scrutinize the passengers getting on that train. Again, groping isn’t normal for Amtrak passengers.

It would have shown more class if incoming passengers could be individually verified as intending to leave the station, then that group escorted out of it (so they couldn’t be the conduit of a bomb). I’d be pretty sure they were groping other passengers walking into the station, though, and I’d wonder why no squawks about that happening.

If the TSA had a credible threat, which we do not know. And who is to say it was a made-up threat just to have TSA practice their skills or to intimidate the general public into accepting this illegal 'inconvenience'.

And what if a train passenger refused the pat-down, what then? They have already completed the train travel, so what they going to do?

And there was not any metal detectors nor naked body scanners there, so everyone is forced to submit to a pat-down, including little boys and girls.

This is what a Democrat-led union-driven government looks like! Where is the ACLU?
