Oh cr*p, what about the caller who taped. Is taping a conversation without the other persons knowledge against the law in WI?

No, WI is a one party consent state. However, if the call came from another state, that states laws and federal laws could come into effect.

Ahhh, I remember the Linda Tripp thing and how in Maryland it was against the law. Well, it would be interesting to track down whoever it was that made that call. And I wonder what the real implications of the conversation will be? Just when you think the left can’t get any lower, they do.
