"What has that woman done to ANYONE in her LIFE, that warrants such disgusting vilification?"

Simple. She scared the shit out of the Washington establishment -- both Rs and Ds. She became popular without their approval or certification -- and especially without their combined oath to official recognized, approved and perfectly legal corruption that makes them all very wealthy.

If they don't control her, and can't control her, they must destroy her because simple honesty can sink all of their boats.

A well-known Communist technique is to ridicule a person before destroying them. They target only those they fear may threaten their power. Remember a prominent Communist who referred to “lipstick on a pig”? Lots of laughs from the smarmy puke audience. Bob

If they don’t control her, and can’t control her, they must destroy her because simple honesty can sink all of their boats.

Against an honest person, a dishonest person can not stand without being exposed. Their only defense is to accuse the honest person of being dishonest while their own dishonesty is normal and in the best interest of everyone concerned. We’ve already seen this with constant accusations that Sarah Palin is a liar and that she told the biggest lie of the year about “death panels”. The result is a skeptical public that believes that no one is really honest.

When placed next to a person who is truly good, the bad must blur the definition of good, or attempt to confuse what makes a person good. The result is a skeptical public that believes that no one is really good.

When placed against a person who has a nearly perfect record of service, the slacker must create doubt about that record as they have no such record to put forward. The efforts to distort or bury Sarah Palin’s record will continue unabated. The result is a skeptical public that believes that no one has a nearly perfect record of service.

When placed against a person who is true in heart and faithful to their spouse, family, and community, the unfaithful must destroy the faithful and their family and their community or be seen for who they are. No politician’s family has ever been attacked at the level of the Palin family. The left had no compassion for the people of Alaska when they immobilized the state government with baseless law suits. The result is a skeptical public that believes that no one is faithful and true of heart.

In order to destroy Sarah Palin, the left will also have to destroy the values she believes in and shares with millions of Americans. They have a big task ahead. Can they make Americans abandon the Constitution, the Declaration, and the Judeo-Christian values on which they were based? Will we abandon capitalism in favor of socialism? In order to defeat Sarah Palin, voters will have to be convinced that socialism is better and our founding documents no longer apply. Their only hope is to confuse with lies and false accusations and to follow the Clinton strategy, “It all depends what the definition of “is” is.”

In order to defeat Sarah Palin, the left must make skeptics out of American voters. The good news is that skepticism can be easily overcome when confronted with reality. Gov. Palin is about to start a campaign that will give the left and the media a harsh dose of reality. I can’t wait.
