That’s funny, because I see drug paraphernalia used to measure drugs for sale, a (possibly illegal) gun, and (possible) drug proceeds. But I’m sure if this guy was your neighbor you and him would be good buddies, right?
To a roided cop, everything looks like drug paraphenalia. Tennessee requires no registration of handguns or gun owners. He had no criminal record, so prima facie the gun was legal. Cops only call money "(possible) drug proceeds" so they can steal it.
I see one joint, a gun that he seems to have LEGALLY held as his second amendment right (if he illegally held it, I’m sure the journalist would have told us) and his own money which was STOLEN by the police.
The only illegal item in the list? The joint.
Clean criminal history = either he is such a smart criminal that he has NEVER been caught or he’s a regular Joe whose home was unlawfully invaded.
Remember, if bad cops can do it to him, they can do it to you or any other Freeper.
