Sigh, I noticed that after I posted. If Cascadia lets loose, we are all equally screwed... Seriously, I pray I am west of the Willamette and south of the Columbia... because every bridge between Kalamath Falls and British Columbia will be impassible. Masonry buildings will be a MAJOR problem in Seattle and Portland. I REALLY don't want to be either place in a Cascadia event.

I live in the South Sound area. I don’t want to be here if The Big One hits. And it’s not only the Cascadia Subduction Zone...
The Seattle Fault runs right beneath the city center. Geologists say the last time that sucker let go, the ground moved SIX FEET. That would rip Seattle apart.
