Good for Arizona. All of the Several States should do this.

At the same time, the Several States need to understand that they do not have the authority to charge their citizens any so-called “use tax” on items purchased outside their states.

Those are nothing more than tariffs between the Several States. And that truly is a power granted solely to the Federal Government by the Constitution.

THANK YOU! Finally someone gets it. The reason they call them a different name is because sales taxes would be illegal, then they somehow think the name itself makes a difference and that we won't notice that it's the same percentage levied on the same goods as the sales tax would be on intrastate purchases.
