In my opinion, the whole reason we have the First Amendment is so that you can go out in public and say,

The problem with your statement is that the cops were called to his house TWICE in one day for domestic disputes. And obviously there was something else going on as he proclaimed they would not be able to arrest him BEFORE he gave them the finger and shouted 'bang bang'.

Anybody can call the police for anything. The old man up the road from me has called the police for kids writing in the street with sidewalk chalk and for a garbage truck that was dripping paint. Another local lady was arrested after she called 911 several times because a pizza joint wouldn't deliver to her. Calling the police isn't proof of squat.
